God of the Universe
Psalm 8:3-4 | Genesis 1 | Isaiah 40:26 // "God of the Universe" is about coming to terms with how a God so magnificent, yet detail-oriented could possibly care when I cry. But I believe He does. I believe it is exactly why He created me, for a relationship, ours. And that He calls me His own child. Amazing...
You made the stars,
You made the sun,
And You breathed life into me.
You were here before this world had begun,
And You will always be

The God of the universe,
The God of life.
You hold me in Your hand,
You make me feel alright.
The God of the universe-
And I'm Your child;
I'm so astounded,
Yet all the while-
You are my Father,
God of the universe!

You watch me fall,
You help me stand,
And when I cry, You cry, too.
You give me strength,
You hold my hand,
And I believe this is true...
You are

The God of the universe,
The God of life.
You hold me in Your hand,
You make me feel alright.
The God of the universe-
And I'm Your child;
I'm so astounded,
Yet all the while-
You are my Father,
God of the universe!

This is my Father's world,
And to my listening ears,
All nature sings and round me rings
The music of the spheres.
This is my Father's world,
I rest me in the thought
Of rocks and trees of skies and seas,
God's hand, the wonders wrought.

God of the universe.
I love the God of the universe.
Thank You, oh God of the universe!

Twinkle, twinkle little star,
How I wonder what You are. (Thank you, Jonah!)
